CSV Feed ingestion not working

Description

I am working on adding a source https://tracker.viriback.com/dump.php to openCTI. I have created CSV mapper.

Additionally, i have added default author to the entity to show source for IOC.

After verification, it give correct output.

After verification, i have created a CSV feed by passing URL.

Verification shows correct data, but after starting the CSV feed, its not adding any data. I tried with different CSV file sources, same happed, even with TXT file too. I could not find any solution to fix this, how this can be fixed?
