I would address some of the issues like spelling upstream, but a lot of these would require significant modifications in the deb build process and/or changes in OpenDDS and ACE/TAO. A lot of them also appear to be strict things that would only really be a sticking point if we were actually trying to get OpenDDS in official repos. So once the spelling was fixed, I'd either completely disable Linten or, assuming it's configurable, turn off the checks we don't care about.
