How can I switch the GSHHS coastline setting from 'h' to 'i' in the latest version of OpenDrift?

For the plot and animation methods, you can specify lscale

For the simulations, the full resolution landmask is always used (unless using a custom reader, e.g. ocean model). This is fast, thanks to the use of roaring-landmask
