Encoding error when important data from NOOP

What happened?

When uploading my NOOP data to edge it says: NOOP failed: FormatException: Invalid UTF-8 byte (at offset 10)

I can reproduce this issue. It seems the NOOP backup file is a compressed file with a sqlite file. Edge is expecting a CSV File?
