Documentation or publication for MeshGeom usage

I’d like to know if there is any documentation, article, or publication available that explains how to use MeshGeom for the MRCPs and others mesh-type phantoms. Any guidance or example would be really helpful.

I would like to mention that, when running the example code located in the folder TOPAS-MESHGeom/examples/ICRP_145/, most of the output files are blank (only the files Dose_brain_VolHist.csv, Dose_breast_VolHist.csv, and Dose_colonrectum_VolHist.csv contain data). The same happens when trying to run the code with other phantoms. Is there a correct way to run the code?
