Using the REST or GraphQL GitHub API, check if the files listed below are available, and if not provide the contributors identities:

  • README
  • THIRD-PARTY
  • CHANGELOG
  • LICENSE
  • issue template
  • PR template
  • code of conduct
  • security policy
  • citation
  • codeowners

For each file, precise the extension (txt, md or none).

Output should be in CSV format.
