Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We need a greater set of documentation and the README isn't enough

Describe the solution you'd like
An ideal solution is using the Github Wiki system

Describe alternatives you've considered
Adding content via fruther MarkDown files

Additional context
You can add content from the existing README as new pages and link it to the Table of Content's on the Home Page

Looks great for the most part! just go through them individually and remove stuff that doesn't make sense

eg. the bracketed part in the Contributing section and the dead links on the Home page
