[FEATURE REQUEST] Keep lost chapters without crashing/removing

Describe the feature

Ability to keep lost chapters from source you downloaded without crashing or having to do a db repair that removes it.

Maybe having an option to toggle something like an Experimental mode that recovers lost DL chapters

Feature Motivation

If a chapter is gone from source but downloaded can cause crashing, sometimes permanent crashing. Can sometimes be fixed with a data repair, but you cannot access repair if app won't open.
You also may want to keep that chapter that's no longer available in source, as db repair usually just removes it.

Find db repair will remove downloaded chapters that aren't lost, if they are causing an issue. Can redownload them, but something happens during downloading that causes crashing.

Having option to toggle something like an Experimental mode like 0.7 Legacy would be nice as that solved all the crashing 0.7 initially had and didn't have this download lost crash issue. You were able to see downloaded lost/locked chapters without issue.

Fixing this crash issue, without needing to db repair would be great so can keep downloaded chapters no longer available in source.
