Unable to download and install miniconda from installer .bash or .exe #539

Miniconda is not downloaded when running the .bash installer or the .exe installer.

This problem is not happening on older releases like V6.7

It can be solved if you download miniconda using the same link (https://repo.anaconda.com/miniconda/Miniconda3-latest-Windows-x86_64.exe) and saving the file on the installation folder before running the installation.
