nevent note id previews

Summary

Seems like every client has moved to using nevent instead of noteid. Primal's copy note id function still uses normal note IDs.

Further, primal should preview these notes. At the very least, preview the note when the note ID is pasted if primal keeps note id instead of nevent.

Basic example

Here is a nevent of a note that I used primal to copy another note id.

Motivation

I just want note previews to work properly on the web and it seems like nevent has been the new standard for a long time.
