REQ: /say_game improvement

well, until now I haven't realized how to send a message to the qw server while watching via QTV. I knew about /say_game, but every time I used it, it didn't seem to work. I didn't got any feedback in the console about the command.
Today I discovered it takes a moment from the message from the stream will reach the server. I confirmed that it works :)

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be better UX if the use would receive a response after issuing a /say_game command. Some thing like a message in the console "your message was sent to the server".
