Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

It might be useful to have an option to use the Quarto CLI for rendering R Markdown instead of the rmarkdown::render() function: the quarto preview command for preview, and the quarto render command for generate outputs.

It may be difficult to cover all the grammar differences from traditional R Markdown.
