Rename

/hardening/host-os/oscap
/hardening/host-os/ansible

to

/hardening/oscap/host-os
/hardening/ansible/host-os

(as sub-directories)

The new place would make it easier to write waivers that impact the specific remediation method, ie.

/hardening/oscap/.+/some_failing_rule

as those seem a lot more common than host-os-specific waivers.
