SDK 2.0 Grid APP to display teams capacity and utilization by project and iteration/sprint. Added a Refresh button to allow easy edit of task assignments from other sources and redisplay status. Also added load graphic following colors from other status bars. Green to 80%, yellow to 100, red over 100.
