Improve design of Task Request

Issue Description

1. As the cross icon is outside the screen we want to re-size and re-position this.
2. Need to add spacing between textarea and preview button.
3. Similarly the "create request" button and text area have no spacing
4. This is a test to see if I was able to edit----

Expected Behavior

1. The cross icon should be inside the modal.
2. Decide the spacing between the text area and the preview button and implement.

Current Behavior

1. The cross icon is outside the screen
2. No spacing between textarea and preview.
