black for format fixing?

Should we use black to fix our formatting so that it ensures that pep8 is followed even if the developers don't use it.
Side 1) This ensures that the code is always unified the same way
Side 2) A machine is taking responsibility away from the programmer who may have decided to write it that way on purpose.
