Radon breaks the per biome lighting in Atlantis due to light engine changes #4

this has been confirmed by throwing radon and atlantis with all needed dependency together, then tping to the dimension itself, if radon is present the dimensions skylight will be constantly 0 everywhere!

tested with this version of atlantis https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/atlantis
and latest radon for 1.19.2 forge
