Expected behavior?

Launching the game using an executable path should still allow the emulator to load RA plugin and load, or at least refresh that the game is being played once the game starts, or at the very least if you pause or reset the game.

Actual behavior?

When launching the game using a Steam shortcut using a targeted executable path, the emulator fails to load in the game for achievements, and believes no game is loaded:
Path: "C:\RAProject64\RAProject64.exe" "E:\ROMs\Project 64 ROMs\Star Fox 64 (USA).z64" (Note: this path was created using Steam ROM Manager)

Steps to reproduce the problem

  1. Create a non-Steam game shortcut using targeted executable path for RAP64.exe and the ROM file
  2. Launch the game through the shortcut

Can confim the same with LaunchBox, launching the game from cmdline doesn't detect the game properly.
