Update list sharing

On /data-lists

• Allow for searching lists
• List pages should indicate that they are a list subset
• Lists should be generally useable by anyone logged in and belong to a particular user(s)
• Improve logic of activating a list on initial render. The UI flashes and always the last list is active

General

• Lists should allow for creating a URL alias /collections/<custom-name>
• Lists should not show the search state that was used to create them
