POM file error after importing maven project

Dear Team,

am getting below error in pdf export pom file. i know it is causing because of missing dependency and/or linking parent POM.
may it is simple issue for experts not for me. can you please help me.

This failure was cached in the local repository and resolution is not reattempted until the update interval of central has elapsed or updates are forced and 'parent.relativePath' points at wrong local POM

The missing artefacts are currently unavailable due to Siemens licensing restrictions. However, the artefacts generated by us will be published to Maven Central soon.

I will update the documentation and inform you as soon as possible. In the meantime, please refer to the template at CONTRIBUTING.md. Please note that the repository containing the Python script is not yet public, as it is still pending review.
