Some special symbols are not printed

Current Behavior

Some special symbols (e.g. almost all of the arrows from https://www.w3schools.com/charsets/ref_utf_arrows.asp) are not printed in the resulting pdf file.

Expected Behavior

Special symbols must be visible.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Pass a html with the special symbol (e.g. ⇿) in its body.
2. The resulting pdf has space in place of expected symbol.
