Move code from Solr git repo to this repo

I believe the DIH code should be removed from Solr main and branch_9x, and added here instead so it can be built and developed independent of Solr.

I believe it has been done... https://github.com/apache/solr/tree/main/solr/modules and https://github.com/apache/solr/tree/branch_9x/solr/modules do not list the DIH module....

I was going off the readme on this project which says the code is in the Solr repo. So it's been removed from Solr, but hasn't been added to this repo. Is this the canonical project for the community DIH?

It is now. However I suspect some updates to Readme's would be a "good thing".

I see now. There is a src tree on branch_8x and branch_9x ... I was looking at master and didn't think to check other branches. Odd, I would have expected code to be added to the default branch first.
