Preparation scope
- update canonical, Open Graph/X image URLs, sitemap, robots, tests, and SEO documentation for the final tools host
- preserve all 19 migration paths and the intentional noindex legacy alias
- prepare hostname-specific Pages indexing behavior so \ ools.securetools.app\ can be indexable while stable and immutable \pages.dev\ endpoints remain noindex
- document the H3.5 coordinated activation and Search Console follow-up contract
