Hi! When I run wm_quality_control_tractography.py ./FiberClustering/InitialClusters/..._Whole_Brain_reg/ ./QC/FiberCluster-Initial/ with vtk-file heavier than approximately 620 MB I get i965: Failed to submit batchbuffer: No space left on device. I have 8 GB RAM. When I run system monitoring I see that when all vtk files are rendering together RAM usage increases to 7.1 GB + 964 MB of swap. Is it related to lack of RAM?

Hi @anastasia-nik

It looks like a disk spacing issue. Wonder how much space left on your hard drive?

Also, how many vtk files here you are doing the QC?

Fan

I have 119,18 GB of free space on my hard drive and I'm doing QC with one vtk file.

In this case, this is for sure not a disk space issue.....

Can you share the anonymized vtk file somehow, so I can take a try. From the error message here, there is no clue what is happening.

Fan

Hi @anastasia-nik

I tested your data on my machine and the QC script works well for this data. Any chance you tried it on any other machines you can access?
