The source position we set to the Plastimatch proton dose engine is correct, but the output dose looks like if the SAD were inverted (the source on the other side of the isocenter).

It worked the same way in Slicer 5.2.2 so the problem exists at least for a few years.

The source is calculated with -SAD so that the dose is calculated correctly. Need to fix the underlying problem in Plastimatch and revert this change.
