Feature Audit: Expand Icon ">" on the storage resource list

There are 2 features I found in the code that I don't think we have accounted for in the new design yet, or whether or not they make sense now.

1. When you hold the Shift key and click the resource will open in the full window from the top, removing the resource list and displaying only the pane for the resource.
2. When you old 'alt' or 'option' and click the internal pane will immediately open.
