Confirm() must be implemented through the "Confirm Management" codeunit

The goal is to less use the Confirm() function directly and implement this through the "Confirm Management" codeunit of the System Application.

This benefits:

• Automatically extra check for IsGuiAllowed()
• Help the user with setting a default response button (true/false)
• OnBeforeGuiAllowed event publisher for integration/testing

Bad code

if Confirm(AreYouSureQst) then
    DoSomething();

Good code

var
    ConfirmManagement: Codeunit "Confirm Management";

if ConfirmManagement.GetResponseOrDefault(AreYouSureQst, false) then
    DoSomething();
