Event Subscriber temporary keyword mismatch (extension of rule LC0065)

Similarly to what has been implemented as rule LC0065 it would be good to have a rule that warns about a mismatch between event publisher parameters and event subscriber parameters in terms of the temporary keyword on Record parameters.

In table Report Selections we have the following event publisher:

    [IntegrationEvent(false, false)]
    local procedure OnBeforePrintDocument(TempReportSelections: Record "Report Selections" temporary; IsGUI: Boolean; var RecVarToPrint: Variant; var IsHandled: Boolean)
    begin
    end;

Event Subscriber Declaration

Having the following event subscriber declaration should raise a warning diagnostic:

   [EventSubscriber(ObjectType::Table, Database::"Report Selections", OnBeforePrintDocument, '', true, true)]
    local procedure OnBeforePrintDocumentSubscriber(TempReportSelections: Record "Report Selections")
    begin
        // Event subscriber code
    end;

as this should be changed to

   [EventSubscriber(ObjectType::Table, Database::"Report Selections", OnBeforePrintDocument, '', true, true)]
    local procedure OnBeforePrintDocumentSubscriber(TempReportSelections: Record "Report Selections" temporary)
    begin
        // Event subscriber code
    end;
