You can't redistribute this file for your own works nor edit it, but you are forced to redistribute it when you are making an edit of a SM64 ROM Hack made by SuperDumbMario2 (SDM2).
This license is made for SM64 ROM Hacks that are either made by SDM2 or are edits of said hacks.
This license is mainly made exclusively for Binary SM64 ROM Hacks, and incompatible with any other type of work, inculding decomp sm64 hacks (EVEN IF IT WAS MADE BY SDM2)

If there is something not present in the repo (Made by SDM2 himself) it was most likely not ever made.
If you are using an asset from the hack you should credit SDM2 for the asset, unless it was not made by SDM2.
