Rapid pulls take SynBioHub down? #1564

The synbiohub.org server is down right now - it fell over in the middle of me retrieving a few hundred part descriptions from the server, so my suspicion is that sustained rapid API interactions may cause the server to fail.

We updated some virtuoso settings. Hopefully, it helps
