You will need to access your Synergy Wholesale Product and go to the "Module Settings" tab, loading this tab should create all required custom fields for the product.
If this does not appear to immediately add them, please click the "Save Changes" button at the bottom of the page and then check the "Custom Fields" tab.
You should then have the following custom fields:
- Hosting Id
- Server IP Address
- Nameserver 1
- Nameserver 2
- Nameserver 3
- Server Hostname
- Product
- DKIM Public Key
- First Name
- Last Name
