Client Functionality: Weather

As a user, am I able to view the required current weather information for:
 the devices current location
 a user provided zip code
 a location selected on a map

The weather information displayed should consist of:
 current conditions
 24-hour forecast
 5 or 10-day forecast

Note: formatting and styling should be complete
