Client Functionality: Messages

As a user, am I able to *manage multiple "chat rooms" and send and receive messages in those rooms?
*manage:
 create - start a new chat room with contact(s)
 update - add/remove user(s) from a chat room (pull this thread...)
 delete - remove a chat room?

Note: ensure that changes are applied to both users in real-time
