Client Functionality: Contacts

As a user, am I able to *manage my entire list of Contacts/Friends/Links?
*manage:
 search for and create a new contact
 accept/decline contact request
 remove an existing contact (what does that do with the chat rooms?)

Note: ensure that changes are applied to both users in real-time
