Upgradeable Shulker Boxes

Shulker Boxes will be upgradeable using Rose Gold, Diamond and Netherite each tier adding 1 extra row of storage.

Tiers:

Rose Gold: +9 slots
Diamond: +18 slots
Netherite: +27 slots
