When setting up SSO, I wrongly assumed that I only needed the "Allow Sign Up Only For Mapped Users"
button enabled to only allow mapped users to sign in, when I actually needed both buttons enabled to allow this. When the "Allow New User Sign Up" button is disabled no user can sign in, even mapped ones.
I suggest that the "Allow Sign Up Only For Mapped Users" button automatically enable the "Allow New User Sign Up" button, or the descriptions be changed to inform the user that both options are needed.
