这个功能解决了什么问题

所有logo和名称（TDesign Starter）啥的 都写到一个配置文件中 这样开发人员就直接在一个配置文件中修改名称，登录页面和里边的页面的名称也就全部改变了 不需要开发人员一个一个页面去修改

你建议的方案是什么

写一个全局配置文件
