<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>2023 年 10 月 7 日（GMT+08:00）起，我决定停更《碳素地牢》，直到铜陵游戏科技工作室停止对该游戏的侵权为止。</p><!-- DESC_END --><p>edit: 2023 年 10 月 8 日（GMT+08:00），铜陵游戏科技工作室已停止对《碳素地牢》的侵权行为。<a href="/2023/10/07/updating-resumed-2023-10-08/">相关的《碳素地牢》官网公告</a><br>edit2: 2023 年 10 月 12 日（GMT+08:00），铜陵游戏科技工作室已就对《碳素地牢》侵权一事正式道歉，双方已达成和解。<a href="/2023/10/12/accept-the-apology-2023-10-12/">相关的《碳素地牢》官网公告</a></p><h2 id="声明"><a href="#声明" class="headerlink" title="声明"></a>声明</h2><p>截至目前《碳素地牢》官方并未在任何游戏平台上架《碳素地牢》，官方提供的下载渠道只有 GitHub 和官网，若是在其他平台上架，官网会第一时间明确发布上架通告。</p><h2 id="侵权行为"><a href="#侵权行为" class="headerlink" title="侵权行为"></a>侵权行为</h2><p><a href="http://www.3839.com/a/159270.htm">好游快爆《碳素地牢》游戏介绍界面</a> & <a href="https://web.archive.org/web/20231007203136/https://www.3839.com/a/159270.htm">互联网时光机存档</a><br><a href="http://www.3839.com/cp/24501.html">铜陵游戏科技工作室好游快爆主页</a> & <a href="https://web.archive.org/web/20231007203316/https://www.3839.com/cp/24501.html">互联网时光机存档</a></p><p><img src="/images/piracy-and-updating-stopped_0.png"><br>铜陵游戏科技工作室成员“不渡Bud”并非《碳素地牢》作者，声称自己是《碳素地牢》作者，违反了 GPLv3，因此铜陵游戏科技工作室对于《碳素地牢》不再享有 GPLv3 的授权，除非在 60 天内（从 2023 年 10 月 5 日起）停止对《碳素地牢》开源许可的违反。<br><img src="/images/piracy-and-updating-stopped_1.png"><br>在铜陵游戏科技工作室对《碳素地牢》不享有 GPLv3 授权的前提下，作为《碳素地牢》作者，我并未授权铜陵游戏科技工作室上架《碳素地牢》到<a href="http://www.3839.com/">好游快爆</a>，因此未经授权上架《碳素地牢》到好游快爆，属于侵权行为。<br>并且《碳素地牢》使用的部分贴图（作者 <a href="https://github.com/DanielCalan">Daniel Calan</a>），以及部分 BGM（作者 <a href="https://progressive-tune.github.io/ptr">Progressive Tune</a>/<a href="https://music.163.com/artist?id=48991962&userid=3270966253">Jasφn</a>），原本就不在 GPLv3 的许可授权范围内，在《好游快爆》上架的《碳素地牢》包含这部分素材但并未取得授权，属于对他们的侵权行为。</p><h2 id="作者的话"><a href="#作者的话" class="headerlink" title="作者的话"></a>作者的话</h2><p>《碳素地牢》的源代码基于《破碎的像素地牢》源代码，以 GPLv3 许可证开源，<a href="https://github.com/Tianscar/carbonized-pixel-dungeon">源代码可以在 GitHub 上下载到</a>。<br>做这个《破碎的像素地牢》改版只是出于我的个人兴趣，并非出于任何商业目的。事实上，截至目前，我在维护《碳素地牢》的过程中，并未得到任何商业盈利。<br>我没有搞明白，盗版这个游戏，能带来什么商业价值。</p><p>事实上，对于一款开源游戏而言，就算<strong>仅仅只是换掉未取得授权的素材和遵守源代码开源许可的条款，就能算作一个新游戏，不算侵权原作者了</strong>。<br>但是《碳素地牢》“作者”不渡Bud和铜陵游戏科技工作室<strong>连这都不愿意做</strong>。</p><p>因无力阻止侵权行为，我决定暂时停更《碳素地牢》，并且不排除未来起诉铜陵游戏科技工作室的可能。</p><ul><li>Karstian Lee</li></ul>]]></content>
