Now, it's a chrome extension, a Vencord Plugin, a Minecraft Mod (should be out very soon!!) and now a website!
This is just a normal html website, that displays all the safechat messages. You can copy the messages for elsewhere, and search for messages!
The searching works for finding the texts that start with the input.
