Acetaminophen issues on 2023may18 NodeNorm and NameRes

We have three different acetaminophen issues:

• Searching for "acetaminophen" on NameRes (http://name-resolution-sri-dev.apps.renci.org/lookup?string=acetaminophen&offset=0&limit=10) returns many combinations of acetaminophen with other drugs instead of just acetaminophen. The closest actual match is "acetaminophen [EPC]" (UMLS:C2917659), which isn't the correct UMLS identifier: UMLS:C0000970 ("acetaminophen").
• Although 2023may18 does include UMLS:C0000970 ("acetaminophen") in NodeNorm (https://nodenormalization-dev.apps.renci.org/1.3/get_normalized_nodes?curie=UMLS%3AC0000970&conflate=true), this CURIE isn't available in NameRes at http://name-resolution-sri-dev.apps.renci.org/reverse_lookup.
• Acetaminophen is typed as a SmallMolecule instead of a Drug.

1. We still have a bunch of acetaminophen mixtures we need to deal with, but "Acetaminophen" is now the top result (https://name-resolution-sri.renci.org/lookup?string=acetaminophen&offset=0&limit=10). These can be removed by filtering out RXCUI identifiers (https://name-resolution-sri.renci.org/lookup?string=acetaminophen&offset=0&limit=10&exclude_prefixes=RXCUI).

2. UMLS:C0000970 is now being normalized to CHEBI:46195 "Acetaminophen", even with drug-chemical conflation turned off (https://nodenormalization-sri.renci.org/1.5/get_normalized_nodes?curie=UMLS%3AC0000970&conflate=true&drug_chemical_conflate=false&description=false&individual_types=false).

3. We have decided that biolink:Drug should only be used for individual drug formulations, so biolink:SmallMolecule is the correct type for acetaminophen (Check Drug.txt to ensure that we don't have small molecules in there Babel#348).
