Offline Progress Golden Upgrades rendered multiple times

I had Auto Golden deactivated and got a new achievement during offline progress in U2, which led to a new golden upgrade tier. After Offline Progress finished, I had the following display for the Golden Upgrades:

The game was running in Chrome Version 80.0.3987.149 (Official Build) (64-bit).

I didn't manage to extract the the cookie before the first automatic save run, so sadly I don't have the savefile that caused the bug and I have no idea how to replicate it.

I exported a savefile in that state, but on import the upgrades are displayed only once correctly again, so I don't think the save will help somehow. But I'll attach it anyways..
