Navbar height and sidebar header height differ

The horizontal line under "Do This and Nothing More" does not line up with the horizontal line above the content in the right hand pane (e.g., Rankings). See attached image. This makes DTANM unusable for people like Julian Nowaczek, a key stakeholder.

Looking at the stylesheet I think the easiest way to fix this is to extend the menu bar all the way across the top and move the "Do This and Nothing More" title onto the menu bar. If it needs to be "fixed" anyways 😛
