Interesting, maybe we should reverse the order halfway along or something?

Ooh, I like this idea! I think this gets to my concern that the list is random and static.

We should make it so that it is easy to show lists of candidates in varying order.

#607 raised some implementation questions. Easy enough to do in a semi-static way, so it changes occasionally as people add jobs or whatever, but for more frequently random we'll need to roll out some JavaScript.
