set up a docs site for this work.

  • user manual

    • requirement: system, python dependency, etc.
    • compilation: how to compile the coupled system
    • pre-processing: how to use the pre-processor to generate WRF-SUEWS specific input files (i.e., wrfinput, namelist.suews)
    • results examination: how to interpret the simulation results. maybe a jupyter notebook as tutorial for this?

  • references for SUEWS specific files/variables (those extra to standard WRF):

    • wrfinput
    • namelist.suews

  • dev/technical note: an online "appendix" that is not included in the paper as full-text; but we can refer readers there for technical details.

  • Add a section to help users appropriately interpret the results:
    • incoming radiative forcing: appropriate WFDEI? compared with observations (rare)?
    • LAI dynamics/phenology: sensible- annual cycle?
    • dynamics of soil moisture: sensible?
