As a Team Lead, you are tasked with additional responsibilities, including: Setting up collaborative co-workspaces, sprint planning, and sprint reviews. Participating in weekly one-on-one meetings with the program director. Participating in bi-weekly meetings alongside other Team Leads Serving as a point of contact between the pod and project sponsors.
