How should we format commit messages? How do we determine what changes are included in a given commit? How frequently should people make commits?
Document this stuff for team members as an ORCA standard.
Ideally, commits are kept as small and focused as possible, with a brief but clear message describing the changes. Not everyone works this way by default though; some people don't at all while others might do this to some extent but in different ways.
