Allow for arbitrary volumes and degrees

When I have a drink, I take a look at the alcohoolic degree and estimate the volume. Often, I have to create a new preset in the app, and even then I cannot set the exact dosage.

So I suggest the app allow arbitrary dosages.

In details:

• After clicking the “+” button, one finds a list of presets along with input fields for arbitrary volume, degree, and a description.

• A settings button would allow one to costumize presets.

• When creating presets, arbitrary amounts should be allowed.
