split real screen into virtual

I'm desperately looking for a system that will allow me to split a real wide monitor into several native monitors under Windows.

There are layout and snap solutions, but they're really not ideal: some applications don't support layouts.

My screen is compatible with PIP and PBP, but only for two inputs. I'd like to have three.

Is that possible with your driver?
