Ok, so a few thoughts (I know it's a bit on the critical side - so I'll add at the forefront that I think the website looks really good!! - but this is what I think will make it outstanding):

  1. Design:

I really like the clean Github feel to it, makes it clean and easy to read. Whitespace is good.
But, I think the website could definitely have a slightly more personalised touch or feel to it. The font in the wordcloud and the main body is very 'standard' and reminds me more of Github/standard webpage theme and not necessarily something characteristic of the website. I think the whitespace is good, but you can definitely afford to sneak in 1 or 2 colours more into your CSS to give it a bit more of a 'THIS IS WE ROCK TECH' feel. When I read WeRockTech I think of something energetic and empowering, so maybe fuchsia, orange and/or yellow might be good accent colours, or good colours to have in the theme (but would depend of course on the feel you want the website to have).
