Compiled version for Neurodesk

I'd be keen on packaging the project as a container for Neurodesk. Is it possible to provide a compiled version of the software for people without a Matlab license?

We unfortunately don't have a compiled version of the full toolbox available right now, but the ability to run NLA functions in a container is something we've been investigating and developing.

So far we've done some basic compiled demos on Linux for our nonpermuted edge and net tests running with the free MCR. With what we learned there, Id bet the general case of supporting all OS's and full functionality of the pipeline in the compiled mode might be dicey, but theres a good chance we could make a release with at least the main processing pipeline targeted to the use-case of interested users.

Ill make a note to bring this up in a couple weeks after the team is all together again after conference and vacation travel!

Hi Andy, For neurodesk we just need Linux binaries. We can take care of running on other platforms :) Thanks Joshua
